I believe that the only way we will ever reach our common goal of revitalizing Binghamton is for
the entire community to work together, regardless of party affiliation or special interests.
And make no mistake, one person can not do it all alone. After leaving City Hall I wanted to find a
way to continue contributing to the economic and financial growth of the City of Binghamton, and
Confluence Enterprises was born.
One person can have the vision and one person can empower others to get involved. Residents and business
owners across Binghamton want to be inspired; they just need someone to take the lead. I am not the first
person to get involved and make private investments and I know I will not be the last. But we need to get
back to the point where positive development and investment do not randomly occur "in spite of City Hall".
But instead, they are the result of "active support" from City Hall.
Below you can learn about three investments that I have made in Binghamton. I am in the process of
identifying other investment opportunities in Binghamton that will have a lasting impact on our community.
