David's Announcement Speech to be Rebroadcast on Time Warner

If you were not able to attend the announcement in person, Rich David's announcement speech from his campaign kick-off event is scheduled to be rebroadcast on Time Warner Cable channel 4. The schedule is as follows through the end of April:

- Mondays at 1 p.m.
- Wednesdays at 7 p.m.

CITY OF BINGHAMTON, NY - On Saturday, March 7, residents across the City and throughout the Greater Binghamton region celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with the annual Binghamton Parade Day.
